Digital Marketing & PPC Manager

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & PPC Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for PPC campaign setup, launches, maintenance, reporting, including keyword research, ad copy creation and competitive analysis
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including display advertising campaigns, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Ensuring all digital campaigns are delivered on-time and within budget, whilst meeting agreed KPIs/targets
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Identification of new opportunities that aren’t being utilized and pitch these into the business.

Technical competencies

  • 2-5 years of working experience in leading and managing PPC Campaigns with a proven track record in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth (Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms), marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features

Hours and Environment

  • Friendly working environment
  • Monday to Friday, working hours between 9.30 am and 5.30 pm
